dc.description.abstract	Tématem práce byl návrh Plaveckého centra v Brně Židenicích. Řešený pozemek komplikovaného tvaru se nachází na úpatí svahu v těsné blízkosti polikliniky na Viniční, která je svým prostorovým řešením dominantou daného území. Základní ideou bylo za pomocí jednoduchých ortogonálních tvarů vytvořit stavbu, která by výškové budově nekonkurovala, ale doplňovala ji. Vše za předpokladu citlivého zasazení do terénu a okolí. Většina funkcí objektu je soustředěna v 1.NP, jako hygiena, bar, vodní svět, wellness. V 1.PP se nachází technické zázemí. V 2. NP jen plavecký bazén a na části střechy přístupná terasa s vířivkami. Ze střechy je výborný výhled na Brno. Jižní fasáda bazénové haly je celoprosklená, krytá vertikálním systémem zakřivených hliníkových lamel. Důvodem jsou tepelně technické požadavky a také estetické dotvoření objektu tímto dynamickým prvkem fasády. Konstrukčně se jedná o kombinovaný systém monolitického ŽB se sloupy i stěnami a dřevěných lepených vazníků a rámů. Střechy jsou kompaktní a zelené. V části nad šatnami intenzivní se vzrostlou zelení.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The main theme of this project is a concept of the Swimming centrer in Brno—Židenice. The plot in question is extremely complex. It is located on the edge of a hillside near the Health center at Viniční, which naturally dominates the area by the shape and size of its structure. The underlying idea was to use orthogonal shapes to create a building, that would not compete with the Health center but would add up to its surroundings instead. Every single part of the project was designed to delicately fit into given terrain and surroundings. Most of the functions of the building are set on the 1st floor (e.g. locker rooms, two bars, water world and wellness). The 1st underground floor features technical services rooms. On the 2nd floor, there is only a swimming pool and a terrace with whirlpools on one part of the roof. The roof top offers an excellent view on the city of Brno. South and west facades of the pool hall are made completely out of glass. It is covered by vertical curved aluminum lamellar system. That is because of the thermal technical requirements of the building, however, it is also a dynamic piece of the facade that adds up to aesthetic finish of the building. The construction is based on a combined system of monolithic reinforced concrete columns and walls and glue laminated timber beams and frames. The roofs are compact and green. In the part above the locker rooms is intense green roof planted intensively green fully-grown greenery.	en
