dc.description.abstract	Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vytvorením generátora syntetickej dátovej sady pre do pravnú analýzu. V práci sa venujem problematike analýzy dopravy prostredníctvom počí tačového videnia, spôsobu a podmienkam vytvorenia generátora syntetickej dátovej sady, potenciálnemu využitiu výsledkov na strojové učenie a možnostiam ďalšieho vývoja. Zo za obstaraných fotografií automobilov Českej republiky, Slovenska, Poľska a Maďarska som vytvoril generátor syntetických poznávacích značiek týchto štátov, ktoré tvoria po grafic kých úpravách a po spojení s fotografiami automobilov výslednú dátovú sadu určenú na strojové učenie. Samotné riešenie je rozdelené do troch skriptov v jazyku Python s použi tím knižnice OpenCV. Výsledná dátová sada slúži systému využívajúcemu strojové učenie na reidentifikáciu evidenčných čísel vozidiel z fotografií zachytených v cestnej premávke.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals with the creation and customization of synthetic dataset genera tor for traffic analysis. It focuses on traffic analysis by means of computer vision, methods and conditions of creating the generator of synthetic dataset, possible application of achie ved results in machine learning and additional development opportunities. Using available automobile photographs from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, a synthe tic license plate number generator was created, which, after graphical adjustment and after joining with the vehicle photographs creates the resulting dataset for machine learning. The solution itself is divided into the three scripts written in Python using the OpenCV library. The resulting dataset serves as an input for the machine learning system to re-identify the license plate numbers from photographs captured in the flow of traffic.	en
