Inovace procesů ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Tato práce mapuje problematiku inovací a inovačního podnikání. Disertační práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku produktových a procesních inovací ve stavebním podniku. Cílem disertační práce je zmapování situace v oblasti inovací, zdrojů financování a měření efektivnosti inovačních procesů v obecné rovině i v kontextu stavebních podniků s využitím dotazníkové ankety. Hlavním cílem je vymezení metodického postupu pro sanaci stavebního podniku v krizi s využitím procesních inovací a jeho ověření na případové studii ve stavebním podniku.This work explores issues of innovation and innovative entrepreneurship. Doctoral thesis focuses on the characteristics of product and process innovation in the construction company. The aim of doctoral thesis is to analyze the situation in terms of innovation, funding sources and measure the effectiveness of innovation processes in general and in the context of construction enterprises using a questionnaire survey. The main objective is to define a systematic procedure for rehabilitation of the building company in crisis, using process innovation and its verification on case study in the construction company.
