Dům je částečně podsklepen a má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Stavba je navržena z tradičních stavebních materiálů - Porotherm. Zastřešení je navrženo jako sedlová střecha a jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Součástí je také seminární práce na téma Stěnový nosný konstrukční systém.	cs
