Novostavba rodinného domu, Žarošice

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technické časti projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu. Dům je částečně podsklepen a má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Stavba je navržena z tradičních stavebních materiálů - Porotherm. Zastřešení je navrženo jako sedlová střecha a jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Součástí je také seminární práce na téma Stěnový nosný konstrukční systém.The topic of this Bachelor thesis is an elaboration of technical documentation for a project of new family house. The house is partly a basement and it has two floors. The building is designed With traditional building materials – Porotherm. Encosure is designed as a saddle roof and single-layer flat roof. Part of this thesis is also includes a seminar Work on Structural wall system.
