Abstract
Práce hodnotí podnikatelský záměr firmy na změnu dosavadních nevyhovujících prostor a informačního systému. Za pomocí finanční analýzy stanovuje, zda je firma dostatečně finančně zdatná na změnu, zda si případnou změnu může dovolit a co jí tato změna přinese. Následně je firmě doporučena vhodná varianta změny a jsou stanoveny náklady, přínosy a rizika, které jsou s touto změnou spojeny.
The thesis deals with entrepreneurial scheme of the firm for change of present unsuitable spaces and information system. By means of financial analysis determines, if the firm is finance able enough for the change and if the firm can afford the change and what will bring the change to this firm. Afterwards the suitable variant of the change is recommended and also costs, benefits and risks connected with this change are determinated.
