Ekonomická analýza stavebního projektu realizovaného soukromým investorem

Abstract

Práce se zabývá investičním projektem revitalizace zemědělského brownfieldu. V teoretické části je zmíněna problematika brownfields. Dále je zaměřena na problematiku investic, hlavně investičního rozhodování, zdrojů financováni investic a ekonomického hodnocení investic. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétním případem revitalizace brownfieldu, a jeho ekonomického posouzení. Cílem této části je doporučení investorovi zda revitalizaci provést a za jakým účelem.The thesis focuses on investment project for revitalization in agricultural brownfields. In the theoretical part the problem of the brownfields is described. In addition, it is focused on investment problem, especially investment decision sources of financing and economic evaluation of investments. The practical part deals with the specific case of brownfield revitalization, and its economic assessments. The goal of this section is a recommendation to the investor whether to complete the revitalization and for what purpose.
