Provozní aspekty ovlivňující pravidelnost a bezpečnost letecké dopravy

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá provozními aspekty ovlivňujícími bezpečnost a pravidelnost letecké dopravy. Rešeršní část práce popisuje historii letecké dopravy, mezinárodní organizace v civilním letectví a zkoumá vývoj komerční letecké dopravy od roku 2019 do roku 2025. S ohledem na vývoj komerční dopravy zkoumá a mapuje vývoj dopravy v České republice, který porovnává s jinými evropskými státy. Prostřednictvím kategorizace aspektů ovlivňujících pravidelnost a bezpečnost definuje specifické situace a podmínky, které mohou negativně interferovat do bezpečnosti a pravidelnosti leteckých operací. Značnou část diplomové práce tvoří analýza dat všeobecného letectví. Vzhledem k výzvě spojené s omezenou veřejnou dostupností dat segmentu všeobecného letectví představuje provedená analýza významný krok k detailnějšímu porozumění tohoto segmentu. Analýza se zaměřuje na objem letových pohybů, které jsou vyčísleny po měsících. Dále určuje klíčové statistické ukazatele a identifikuje konkrétní typy letadel. Následně vizualizuje vývoj provozu prostřednictvím grafického zobrazení. Výsledky analýzy poskytují přehled o dynamice segmentu i dynamice menších letišť v České republice a odhalují specifické charakteristiky, jako je sezónní aktivita a rozdílná rychlost zotavení po pandemii mezi jednotlivými typy letišť. Práce tak přispívá k ucelenému pochopení faktorů ovlivňujících pravidelnost a bezpečnost celkového leteckého provozu.Presented diploma thesis deals with the operational aspects affecting the safety and regularity of air transport. The research part of the thesis describes the history of air transport, international civil aviation organisations, and examines the development of commercial air transport from 2019 to 2025. Considering the development of commercial transport, it investigates and maps the evolution of air transport in the Czech Republic, comparing it with other European countries. Through the categorization of aspects affecting regularity and safety, the thesis defines specific situations and conditions that can negatively interfere with the safety and regularity of flight operations. A significant part of the diploma thesis consists of the analysis of general aviation data. Given the challenge associated with the limited public availability of general aviation segment data, the conducted analysis represents a significant step towards a more detailed understanding of this segment. The analysis focuses on the volume of flight movements, quantified monthly. Furthermore, it determines key statistical indicators and identifies specific aircraft types. Subsequently, it visualizes the development of operations through graphical representation. The results of the analysis provide an overview of the dynamics of the general aviation segment and the dynamics of smaller airports in the Czech Republic, revealing specific characteristics such as seasonal activity and the different rates of recovery after the pandemic among various airport types. The thesis thus contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing the regularity and safety of overall air transport.
