dc.description.abstractPředmětem mé diplomové práce je motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve firmě Otis a. s. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části a obsahuje teoreticko-praktické zpracování dané problematiky. V první části poskytuji teoretický základ související s motivací, stimulací a odměňováním zaměstnanců. V praktické části jsem provedl zhodnocení současné situace ve vybraném podniku. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsem identifikoval stěžejní problematické oblasti a zhotovil návrh pro zlepšení stávajícího motivačního systému.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of my diploma thesis is motivation and stimulation of employees in the Otis Company. This thesis is divided into two parts and includes theoretical and practical elaboration of the issue. The first part provides a theoretical basis related to motivation, stimulating and remuneration of employees. In the practical part I analysed the current situation of the chosen company. Based on detected results I identified key problem areas and I made a proposal for improving of existing incentive system.en
