dc.description.abstract	Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh mestkého bloku na plochách brownfieldu v mestskej časti Trnitá v Brne. Cieľom bolo maximálne využiť pozemok, minimalizovať motorovú dopravu a vytvoriť objekty v ktorých sa budú miešať rôzne funkcie (bývanie, administratíva, občiansku vybavenosť, služby). Ústredným prvkom celého územia sa stane riečka Ponávka, ktorej odtrubnením využijeme veľký potenciál vodného toku čím vznikne kvalitné verejné priestranstvo na rekreáciu a oddych. Pri navrhovaní boli využívané princípy multiciplity a poréznosti – z maximálneho zastavania pozemku bola postupne odoberaná hmota s cieľom vytvoriť bytové domy, administrativné priestory, spoločný partér s občianskou vybavenosťou a pochodzie strechy so zeleňou.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a city block on brownfield areas in the Trnitá district of Brno. The aim was to make the most out of the land, minimize motor traffic and create objects with different functions (housing, administration, amenities, services) will be mixed. The main part of the whole area will be the Ponávka river, which will take advantage of the great potential of the watercourse, thus creating a quality public space for recreation. The principles of multiplicity and porosity have been used to design - from the maximum land abandonment, the mass was gradually taken away to create apartment houses, administrative areas, a common parcel with civic amenities and a walkable green roofs.	en
