Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na posúdenie informačného systému spoločnosti Regionální poradenská agentura, s.r.o., a navrhuje zmeny na zvýšenie jeho efektivity a bezpečnosti. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú časť. V teoretickej časti sú vysvetlené základné pojmy súvisiace s problematikou informačných systémov a metódy analýzy. Analytická časť obsahuje predstavenie spoločnosti, analýzu súčasného stavu firmy a jej informačného systému. V návrhovej časti sú na základe výsledkov analýz formulované odporúčania na zmeny, ktoré by mali viesť k zefektívneniu procesov spoločnosti.

The diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the information system of the company Regionální poradenská agentura, s.r.o., and proposes changes to increase its efficiency and security. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical, and proposal part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the issue of information systems and methods of analysis. The analytical part contains an introduction of the company, an analysis of the current state of the company and its information system. The proposal part, based on the results of the analyses, formulates recommendations for changes that should lead to more efficient company processes.
