Návrh systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců společnosti VOP GROUP, s.r.o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení, motivace, odměňováním zaměstnanců a poskytováním zaměstnaneckých benefitů u vybraného zaměstnavatele. Na základě teoretických poznatků a výsledků analýzy zaměstnavatele navrhuje změny systému odměňování a motivace. Tento návrh má za úkol podpořit zkvalitnění vztahů mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnanci.This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation and motivation system and it also focuses on the remuneration of employees and on providing the employee’s benefits at the chosen employer. On the basis of theoretical findings and on the basis of the results of analysis of employer, I suggest the changes of the remuneration and motivation system. The aim of this suggestion is to support the improvement of the relationship between employer and employees.
