Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je řízení peněžních toků na vybraném stavebním objektu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy stavební objekt, podnikové finance, provozní náklady. Praktická část se zaobírá stanovení výše nájemného daného objektu při respektování konkurenčního prostředí.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the management of cash flows on a selected building. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the terms building structure, corporate finance, operating costs. The practical part deals with determining the rent of the given building while respecting the competitive environment.
