| dc.description.abstract | Provedená environmentální studie původního areálu Dukelských kasáren v Opavě poskytuje hodnocení vlivu staveb na své okolí a stanovuje hodnotící kritéria pro srovnání původního řešení areálu s nově navrženým řešením. Jedná se o mezinárodní hodnotící metodiku GREENPASS, která cílí právě na stanovení funkčních parametrů stavebních projektů například i z pohledu nové evropské agendy EU Taxonomy. Studie hodnotí přehřívání okolí, možnost vzniku tepelného ostrova, vliv proudění větru a vyvětrání, míru stínění, změny odtokových parametrů a sekvestrace CO2. Dukelské kasárny v Opavě je soubor historických vojenských objektů z konce 19. století, které Statutární město Opava plánuje revitalizovat a přeměnit na objekty pro bydlení s důrazem na vznik komunitního prostoru pro vytváření společenských vazeb mezi jeho obyvateli. Nová podoba areálu má zahrnovat vybrané historizující rekonstruované objekty kasáren, nové zelené plochy, sportoviště, parkoviště pro obyvatele i návštěvníky. Prostor skladů, původních stájí a provozních budov bude nahrazen novými moderními bytovými domy soukromého developera. Prezentovaná studie hodnotí prostor 5 ha s centrálním nádvořím, sportovištěm původními budovami i novými bytovými domy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The carried out environmental study of the original area of the Dukel Barracks in Opava provides an assessment of the impact of buildings on its surroundings and establishes evaluation criteria for comparing the original solution of the area with the newly proposed solution. It is provided with an international evaluation methodology GREENPASS, which aims precisely at determining the functional parameters of construction projects, for example, also from the point of view of the new European agenda EU Taxonomy. The study evaluates the overheating of the surroundings, the possibility of creating a heat island, the effect of wind flow and ventilation, the degree of shading, changes in outflow parameters and CO2 sequestration. Dukla barracks in Opava is a set of historical military buildings from the end of the 19th century, which the Statutory City of Opava plans to revitalize and transform into residential buildings with an emphasis on the creation of a community space for the creation of social ties between its residents. The new design of the area is involved selected historical reconstructed barracks buildings, new green areas, sports fields, parking for residents and visitors. The area of warehouses, original stables and operational buildings will be replaced by new modern apartment buildings of a private developer. The presented study evaluates an area of 5 ha with a central courtyard, a sports field, original buildings and new apartment buildings. | en |
