dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit přestupní autobusový a vlakový terminál a posunout tak veškerou městskou a meziměstskou dopravu na jedno místo poblíž městského centra. Předmětem návrhu je rozdělení na tři liniové zóny – každá zóna plní svoji roli svým umístěním. Jako dominanta parcely je v centru koncipován přestupní autobusový a vlakový terminál. Jižně od terminálu se nachází administrativní budovy, které slouží jako bariéra proti továrně nacházející se pod parcelou. Severně od terminálu se nachází objekty občanské vybavenosti a služeb, které jsou využívány jednak cestujícími a rovněž obytní zástavbou severně od parcely. K této zóně přiléhá i malý městský park v souladu se zelení pokrytou parcelou.cs
dc.description.abstractThe goal of the thesis was to create a transfer terminal for bus and train traffic which would reroute the entire local and intercity transportation into one spot closer to the city center. The plan is divided into three zones with each fulfilling its role by its location. A transfer bus and train terminal is conceptualized in the center of the of the building plot as the most prominent point. Administrative buildings are located to the south of the terminal so as to separate the building plot from the factory located underneath. Civic amenities are located north of the terminal which are used by the travelers and citizens from the area further north from the building plot. A small city park is located near this zone with respect to the large amount of greenery on the entire building plot.en
