Abstract

Návrh obytného souboru v Brně Komíně se snaží najít přirozenou cestu rozvoje sídla v těžko uchopitelném urbanistickém kontextu této městské části. Hlavním cílem návrhu je navodit intimitu a lidské měřítko a v neposlední řadě místo obohatit. Parcela se nachází hned pod úpatím kopce a pokračuje po mírně svažitém terénu přímo do lesa. Návrh se snaží vycházet jak z urbanistického hlediska tak topografického.Project of residential complex in Brno tries ti find a natural way in urban development of difficult urban context of this district. The main goal is to design project that has human scale and offers intimity to its users and tries to enrich its surroundings. The plot is on the edge of the city and forest, continues slowly up to the hill. The project finds to combine both aspects of the nature and the city
