Posouzení vlivu počasí na dopravu v intravilánu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hledáním souvislostí a případných závislostí dopravních nehod na různých projevech počasí na pozemních komunikacích v České republice. První část práce je věnována obecné problematice dopravních nehod a jejich příčin, následně jsou rozebrány jednotlivé meteorologické prvky a atmosférické jevy. Dále jsou popsány instituce zabývající se dopravní nehodovostí. Praktická část práce se skládá ze statistiky a následného nalezení závislosti dopravních nehod a jízdní rychlosti na jednotlivých meteorologických a atmosférických jevech.This Bachelor thesis is a research of the connections and possible interdependencies of car accidents and the weather on roads in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general facts about the car accidents and their causes, further on it presents a description of individual meteorological and atmospheric phenomena. The practical part of the thesis consists of the statistics and further evaluation of the interdependence of the accidents, speed and the individual meteorological and atmospheric phenomena.
