Bytový dům s polyfunkcí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší šesti patrovou novostavbu bytového domu s prodejnami a podzemními garážemi. V bytovém domě je 80 bytových jednotek, 4 prodejnami, kadeřnictvím a kancelářím. Bytový dům je navržen jako sloupový kombinovaný železobetonový skelet se zděnou výplní. V podzemních garáží se nachází 88 míst v zakladačovém systému parkování. Budova tvoří kompaktní tvar.

This thesis addresses the six-storey newly built residential building with shops and underground garages. The apartment building has 80 residential units, four shops, a hairdresser and offices. The apartment house is designed as a combined column concrete skeleton with brick infill. In the underground garage there are 88 seats in the collator parking system. The building consists of a compact shape.
