Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom objektu, ktorý nadväzuje na princípy co-livingu. Cieľom tejto práce bolo vytvoriť architektonické riešenie, ktoré poskytuje priestory od súkromných až po zdieľané. Návrh reaguje na aktuálne výzvy mestského bývania ako sú dostupnosť, priestorová efektivita a flexibilita pre premenlivé potreby obyvateľov. Výsledný návrh rešpektuje mierku a charakter okolitej zástavby. Riešenie má poskytnúť alternatívny pohľad na fungovanie, bývanie a využitie priestoru v kontexte aktuálnych spoločenských potrieb.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a building based on the principles of co-living. The aim of the project was to create an architectural solution that offers spaces ranging from private to shared. The design responds to current challenges of urban living, such as affordability, spatial efficiency, and flexibility to accommodate the changing needs of residents. The final proposal respects the scale and character of the surrounding development. The solution aims to provide an alternative perspective on how space can function, be inhabited, and utilized in the context of contemporary social needs.
