Vyhodnocení investice do městských bytů v Českých Budějovicích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením veřejné ekonomické investice do městských bytů v Českých Budějovicích. První polovina bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu veřejné investice, popisuje zde i zdroje financování a metody, kterými můžeme veřejné investice vyhodnotit. Praktická část je již zaměřena na rekonstrukci rozdělení jedné bytové jednotky na dvě. V práci je popsán konkrétní investiční projekt a určeny peněžní toky.
