Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku s využitím metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti MONTECO spol. s r.o. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy. Analytická část se na základě teoretického zázemí věnuje finanční a strategické analýze podniku. Ze zjištěných informací ve druhé části je ve třetí části práce navržena implementace modelu Balanced Scorecard, která povede ke zvýšení výkonosti. Na závěr jsou popsány rizika, která jsou spojena s implementací.The master’s thesis deals with the performance evaluation of MONTECO spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts. The analytical part deals with the financial and strategic analysis of the company based on the theoretical background. From the information found in the second part, the third part of the thesis proposes the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model, which will lead to an increase in performance. Finally, the risks associated with the implementation are described.
