This article is focused on the influence of the cold crucible (CC) construction parts on its own power losses. The influence of construction parts was verified by numerical simulation by ANSYS EM (AM) and by measuring on own system based on Compact RIO (National Instruments). The study considers three variants: separate tubes, connected two tubes, bottom and bandage. For greater complexity, passive parameters for each arrangement were measured and calculated. The motivation to create this study was need to produce own segmented cold crucibles with lower power losses. Thanks to 3D printing, we were able to create real samples that allowed us to consider the individual parts of the cold crucible separately. The scientific articles and available literature solve this problem only marginally. The results of our measurements and simulations have shown that the most important influence (on the distribution of power losses) has the electric conductive bottom and bandage.en
