Alternativní přístup k městskému bydlení, který se vyhýbá modelu rozsáhlých anonymních bloků a pracuje s jemně členěnou strukturou v měřítku odpovídajícím místní zástavbě. S cílem navrhnout dostupné a kvalitní bydlení, důrazem na propojení individuálního a komunitního života, funkční rozmanitostí a citlivou reakcí na urbanistický kontext. Doplněn inovativním systémem financování, který zapojuje jak budoucí obyvatele, tak externí investory a umožňuje vznik udržitelného a ekonomicky soběstačného bytového družstva. Nabízí realistickou a přenositelnou odpověď na aktuální výzvy spojené s dostupností a kvalitou městského bydlení.

An alternative approach to urban housing that avoids the model of large anonymous blocks and works with finely articulated structures at a scale appropriate to the local built environment. With the goal of designing affordable and high quality housing, emphasizing the integration of individual and community life, functional diversity and a sensitive response to the urban context. Complemented by an innovative financing system that engages both future residents and external investors, enabling the creation of a sustainable and economically self-sufficient housing community. It offers a realistic and transferrable response to current challenges related to the affordability and quality of urban housing.
