dc.description.abstractBorovicové lesy, jazerá, mokrade s velkým množstvom jedinečných druhov vtáctva vytvárajú prostredie výnimočné svojou diverzitou. Tiež okolie parcely je pokojné a pripomína viac "mesto/obec uprostred lesa". Je takzvanou oázou pokoja a mimo letných mesiacov je oblast takmer bez ľudí a stáva sa ideálnym miestom na relax a psychický odpočinok. Architektonické riešenie rešpektuje stávajúcu budovu a snahou bolo maximálne využiť potenciál, ktorý ponúka. Myšlienkovo je budova rozdelená na 4 časti: východná je určená na ubytovanie hotelového charakteru, ďalej západná časť budovy ktorá zahŕňa tiež výškovú nástavbu je rozdelená podlažiami. 1. NP sa nachádzajú priestory súvisiace so stravovaním – ako jeden z dôležitých faktorov pre psychickú pohodu. V 2. NP sú cvičenia jógy alebo iné typy meditačných cvičení. Zvyšok podlažia sa zaoberá masážami a očitou tela ale aj mysle v saunách. Ďaľšie podlažia sú apartmánové byty určené na prechodné bývanie v reakreačnej oblasti.cs

The architectural design respects the existing building and the effort was to maximize the potential it offers. The idea is that the building is divided into 4 parts: the east is designed for hotel accommodation, and the west part of the building, which also includes a height extension, is divided by floors. 1. NP is a place for eating - as one of the important factors for psychological well-being. On the 2nd floor there are yoga exercises or other types of meditation exercises. The rest of the floor is dedicated to massages and body and mind massages in saunas. The next floor are apartment apartments intended for temporary housing in the reaction area.en
