Investiční portfolio a jeho tvorba

Abstract

Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je koncipovanie sektorovo diverzifikovaného investičného portfólia zloženého z amerických hodnotových akcií. Práca je členená do troch hlavných častí. Úvodná časť sa venuje teoretickému rámcu problematiky, pričom definuje kľúčové pojmy a princípy hodnotového investovania a na ich základe stanovuje kritériá pre výber jednotlivých akciových titulov. Druhá časť je zameraná na fundamentálnu analýzu vybraných akcií, vrátane ich vzájomného porovnania na základe určených ukazovateľov. Záverečná časť práce predstavuje návrh výsledného portfólia, založeného na investičných odporúčaniach a doplneného o určenie percentuálneho zastúpenia jednotlivých akcií v súlade s princípmi diverzifikácie a optimalizácie výnosovo-rizikového profilu investície.The purpose of this thesis is to create a sector-diversified investment portfolio composed of US value stocks. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The introductory part is devoted to the theoretical framework of the issue, defining the key concepts and principles of value investing and, on their basis, setting out the criteria for the selection of individual stock titles. The second part focuses on the fundamental analysis of the selected stocks, including their comparison with each other on the basis of specified indicators. The final part of the thesis presents a proposal for the resulting portfolio, based on investment recommendations and supplemented by the determination of the percentage representation of individual stocks in accordance with the principles of diversification and optimization of the return-risk profile of the investment.
