Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Výstupem je projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Navržený objekt má dvě nadzemní podlažní a je částečně podsklepen. Dispoziční řešení odpovídá uspořádání 4+kk. Konstrukční systém je kombinovaný stěnový, tvořený pórobetonovými tvárnicemi. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako monolitické železobetonové, základové konstrukce tvoří základové pasy z prostého betonu. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Obvodové stěny jsou zatepleny certifikovaným kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Součástí práce je také průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy (PENB), koncepce a schéma vytápění, ohřevu vody a větrání a výpočty stavební fyziky.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a detached house intended for a family of four. The outcome of the thesis is a set of construction documents for the execution phase of the building. The proposed building has two above-ground floors and is partially basemented. The internal layout corresponds to a 4+kk configuration. The structural system is a combined wall system, made of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, while the foundations consist of plain concrete foundation strips. The building is covered with a single-skin flat roof. The external walls are insulated using a certified thermal insulation system ETICS. The thesis also includes an Building Energy Performance Certificate (BEPC), a concept and schematic design of heating, domestic hot water preparation and ventilation, as well as building physics calculations.
