dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou etiky, jak z teoretického hlediska, tak z hlediska jejího uplatnění v podnikatelském prostředí v České Republice. Zjišťuje, jak je etika podnikatelského prostředí ošetřována, a které etické aspekty jsou významné v konkrétním oboru podnikání. Jejím základem je analýza etického prostředí energetického průmyslu v ČR a průzkum etických kodexů konkrétních společností podnikající v energetickém průmyslu v ČR. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz vytvořím návrh etického kodexu pro společnost již podnikající, nebo hodlající podnikat v tomto oboru.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis approaches the topic of ethics, both from a theoretical perspective and from the perspective of its application in business in the Czech Republic. It also intends to discover how the issue of business ethics is addressed and which ethical aspects are most significant in a certain field of business. The results of the thesis are based on the analysis of business ethics in the energy industry in the Czech Republic and also on the analysis of the ethical codes (codes of conduct) of specific companies active in the energy industry in the Czech Republic. From the outcome of these analyzes I will be able to create a ready-to-use draft of a code of ethics (code of conduct) for a company already doing business or planning to do business in this field.en
