Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného informačního systému pro danou firmu. Navrhuji soubor řešení a kroků, které mají odstranit nedostatky, zvýšit celkovou vyváženost a efektivitu firemního IT, optimalizovat náklady, automatizovat procesy a zlepšovat komunikaci s firemními zákazníky.
This thesis deals with the choice of a suitable information system for the firm. I propose a set of solutions and actions to remove deficiencies, improve the overall balance and effectiveness of corporate IT, optimize costs, automate processes and improve communication with corporate customers.
