dc.description.abstractKnihovna je zobrazením světa, systematizací symbolu a obrazu. Knihovna je také nástrojem k poznávání světa. Podobně jako knihovna, i Internet se dá považovat za obraz světa, který vzniká systematizací symbolu a obrazu a i Internet je nástrojem k jeho poznávání. Vyhledávání informací se změnilo v procházení nepřeberným množstvím obrazu. Ztrácí se význam jednoho konkrétního objektu - místo toho je výsledkem informační masa.
