Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení výkonnosti podniku PME, spol. s r.o., prostřednictvím finanční a strategické analýzy, a následné návrhy opatření, vedoucích ke zlepšení finanční situace. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska. V druhé části je s pomocí finanční a strategické analýzy, komplexně analyzován současný stav podniku. V poslední části jsou navrhnuta opatření na zlepšení finanční situace v následujících letech.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of the company PME, spol. s r.o., through financial and strategic analysis, and subsequent proposals for measures leading to the improvement of the financial situation. The first part presents theoretical background. The second part comprehensively analyzes the current state of the company with the help of financial and strategic analysis. The last part proposes measures to improve the financial situation in the coming years.

Student ve své prezentaci seznámil komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěl. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Otázku z posudku oponenta zodpověděl v plném rozsahu. Otázky členů komise:
1 prof. Ing. Marek Zinecker, Ph.D. - Když jste počítal čistou současnou hodnotu, tak jste uváděl, že budete počítat s diskontní sazbou 11,76 %. Neviděl jsem však nikde výpočet. Jak jste k této diskontní sazbě dospěl? - částečně zodpovězeno
2 Ing. Kateřina Fojtů, Ph.D. - U zálohových faktur uvádíte, že výše zálohy bude 50 %. Na základě čeho jste stanovil tuto výši? - zodpovězeno
Na základě přednesené prezentace a odpovědí na otázky položené v diskusi komise rozhodla, že student práci obhájil.
