| dc.description.abstract | Kupní smlouvou se prodávající zavazuje, že kupujícímu odevzdá věc, která je předmětem koupě, a umožní mu nabýt vlastnické právo k ní, a kupující se zavazuje, že věc převezme a zaplatí prodávajícímu kupní cenu. Za kupní smlouvu se vždy považuje smlouva o dodání spotřebního zboží, které je nutné sestavit nebo vytvořit. Mají-li strany vůli uzavřít kupní smlouvu bez určení kupní ceny, platí za ujednanou kupní cena, za niž se týž nebo srovnatelný předmět v době uzavření smlouvy a za obdobných smluvních podmínek obvykle prodává. | cs |
