Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitrofiremními komunikačními procesy, analyzuje vztah jednotlivých skupin zaměstnanců firmy mezi sebou a ke svým nadřízeným. Práce popisuje význam interní komunikace ve firmě a poukazuje na důležitost správné stimulace a motivace zaměstnanců vedením firmy. Práce vyhodnocuje obdržené vyplněné anketní formuláře a navrhuje vhodnou úpravu pracovních postupů.The bachelor thesis consider internal company communication process, analysis relation each group of employees with each other and to their management. The thesis describe meaning of internal communication in the company and show how important is the right stimulation and motivation of employees of company by the management. The thesis values the obtained opinion poll and proposes the update of the working procedures.
