Nehody na železničních přejezdech

Abstract

Nehody na železničních přejezdech patří k nejzávažnějším kolizím v dopravě vůbec a to především s ohledem na fatální následky těchto střetnutí, jak materiální, tak bohužel i smrtelné. Statistiky bohužel neúprosně ukazují, že se situace v této oblasti nijak nezlepšuje. Pro závažnosti a následky těchto nehod je zcela namístě, aby tyto nehody byly kvalitně a objektivně vyšetřeny. Ze statistik jednoznačně vyplývá, že viníci těchto závažných nehod jsou řidiči motorových vozidel nebo obecně účastníci silničního provozu. Z pohledu soudního inženýrství však nemusí být tato skutečnost tak jednoznačná, jak by se mohlo na první pohled zdát. Je proto zcela nezbytné, aby zvláště při těchto nehodách byly v rámci šetření a dokazování skutečností vedoucích ke vzniku nehody rozklíčovány nejčastější příčiny vzniku nehod na přejezdech. Výsledky těchto šetření mohou být jinak užitečným podkladem pro soudní znalce a jednak důležitým ukazatelem k aktivaci nápravných opatření.Accidents at level crossings are among the most serious collisions in transport in general, especially with regard to the fatal consequences of these encounters, both material and, unfortunately, fatal. Unfortunately, statistics relentlessly show that the situation in this area is not improving. Due to the severity and consequences of these accidents, it is entirely appropriate that these accidents be investigated in a quality and objective manner. The statistics clearly show that the perpetrators of these serious accidents are motor vehicle drivers or road users in general. However, from the point of view of forensic engineering, this fact may not be as clear-cut as it might seem at first glance. It is therefore essential that, especially in the case of these accidents, the most common causes of accidents at level crossings are identified as part of the investigation and proof of the facts leading to the accident. The results of these investigations can otherwise be a useful basis for forensic experts and an important indicator for activating corrective action.
