dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo provedení průzkumu ve společnosti KAROSERIA a.s. a na základě tohoto průzkumu rozhodnout, zda je důvod k zavedení krizového řízení. I přestože stanovení výsledků a navržení návrhu optimálního řešení problémových částí není snadné, bude se tím zabývat má práce. Bude zaměřena tak, aby byla co nejvíce přínosná pro KAROSERIA a.s. a pomohla jim v dalším vývoji.cs
dc.description.abstractThe principal aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to carry out the research in the KAROSEIA Inc.to find out if the present situation of the company demands introducing the crisis management. Although it is not easy to determinate the results and suggest the optimum solution of the problems, the thesis will be focused on it. The results could contribute to KAROSERIA Inc. Very much and could help in the following progress.en
