Na základě kritické analýzy tržních statistik (nabídky, poptávky, nájemného, výnosů, cen, obsazenosti, tržních podílů developerů a operátorů, struktury nájemců, spedice, skladování, logistiky) skladových nemovitostí stanovit podmínky optimalizace využití geografické polohy ČR v konkurenci střední a východní Evropy. | cs |
