Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá predikcí a budoucím vývojem tržních charakteristik logistiky, S využitím statistických metod bude moci odhadnout budoucí trendy logistické sítě. Její teoretická část se zabývá poznatky z fungování tvorby nabídky a poptávky na realitním trhu. Na základě kritické analýzy tržních statistik (nabídky, poptávky, nájemného, výnosů, cen, obsazenosti, tržních podílů developerů a operátorů, struktury nájemců, spedice, skladování, logistiky) skladových nemovitostí stanovit podmínky optimalizace využití geografické polohy ČR v konkurenci střední a východní Evropy.This thesis deals with the prediction of future developments and market characteristics of logistics, with the use of statistical methods will be able to predict future trends in logistics networks.
