Abstract
Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava na návrh aktivít pre strategický rozvoj podniku pôsobiaceho v oblasti vzdelávania. Teoretická časť obsahuje prehľad literatúry týkajúci sa problematiky stratégie, jej formulácie a rozvoja, ako aj rámcov pre analýzu interného a externého prostredia podniku. V analytickej časti je predstavený súčasný stav a biznis model podniku pomocou nástroja Business Model Canvas a kľúčové interné a externé faktory sú analyzované pomocou SLEPTE analýzy a Porterovho modelu piatich síl. Spotrebitelia sú analyzovaní prostredníctvom dotazníkového prieskumu a rozhovorov. Posledná časť obsahuje návrhy vychádzajúce zo zistení zhrnutých pomocou SWOT analýzy. Predstavené sú návrhy týkajúce sa biznis modelu, značky a komunikácie, ktoré by mali viesť k dlhodobému udržateľnému rozvoju podniku, spolu s časovým harmonogramom ich implementácie a odhadom nákladov.
This master’s thesis focuses on proposing activities for strategic development of a company operating in the field of education. The theoretical part includes a literature reviews regarding problematics of strategy, its formulation and development, as well as frameworks for analyses of internal and external environment of the business. In the analytical part, the contemporary situation and the business model of the company is presented using Business Model Canvas and key internal and external factors are analysed using SLEPTE and Porter’s 5 Forces. The consumers are analysed through questionnaire and interviews. The last part contains proposals based on the findings summarised using SWOT analysis. The proposals concerning business model, brand, communication which should lead to long-term sustainable development of the company are presented together with the timeline of their implementation and costs.

In his presentation, the student informed the committee about the objectives, solutions and results he had reached in his thesis. The committee then read the opinions and evaluation of the thesis supervisor and the opponent. There were no questions from the supervisor. The student answered the questions from the opponent's assessment in part.
