Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh rozvoje strategie coworkingové společnosti Clubco, spol. s r.o. Teoretická část zahrnuje důležitá teoretická východiska práce ke správnému pochopení problematiky v oblasti managementu včetně pojmu coworking. Analýza problému a současné situace se soustředí na představení zmíněné společnosti, aplikaci vysvětlených strategických analýz a provedení výzkumného rozhovoru s managementem společnosti. Na základě výsledků z provedených analýz jsou v návrhové části představena doporučení ke strategickému rozvoji coworkingové společnosti.The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of development of strategy in a coworking company Clubco, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part includes important theoretical basis for the work to properly understand the issues in the field of management, as well as the concept of coworking. The analysis of the problem and the current situation focuses on the introduction of the mentioned company, the application of the explained strategic analyzes and the conduct of a research interview with the company's management. Based on the results of the analysis, the final part of the thesis presents recommendations for the strategic development of the coworking company.
