dc.description.abstractBudovu radnice so spoločenskou sálou navrhujem v lokalite pri poliklinike. V súčasnosti sa tam nachádza rozšírená spevnená plocha, ktorá sa počas trvania sídliska ustálila v povedomí obyvateľov ako priestor, na ktorom sa konajú rôzne spoločensko - kultúrne podujatia. Radnica dopĺňa urbanistickú štruktúru, stojí na najexponovanejšej parcele, a uzatvára námestie z východnej strany. Z juhu je námestie otvorené do Kohoutovickej doliny. Pocitovo je ohraničené kolonádou. Funkčné rozdelenie je vyjadrené objemom aj materiálom. Na masívnom betónovom podstavci, slúžiacom kultúrno - spoločenským podujatiam, ležia dva ľahké oceľové kvádre venované radnici. Prostredná časť vysunutá do námestia symbolizuje blízkosť úradu občanom a je venovaná odborom, ktoré sú denne v kontakte s verejnosťou. Vrchná časť s veľkými terasami má reprezentatívnu funkciu. Nachádza sa tu vnútorné vedenie radnice a obradná sieň.cs
dc.description.abstractThe building of the town hall Brno Kohoutovice is situated on the site next to the local hospital. Currently, there is a widespread paved area, which has become the place for markets and other cultural activities. Town hall completed urban structure, built on the most visible plot, and closes the plaza on the east side. From the south, the square is open to Kohoutovická valley. It is closed and opened at the same time by a colonnade. Functional composition is expressed in both - size and material. On a solid concrete base, which holds cultural and social events, lie two light steel boxes dedicated to the town hall. The middle part is cantilivered into the square, which symbolizes the proximity of town hall offices to the citizens. It is dedicated to the departements, which are in daily contact with the public. The upper part with large terrace has representative function. There are the internal departements and a ceremonial hall.en
