Osmotické elektrárny

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá teoretickým popisem a hlubší analýzou osmotických elektráren a vhodnosti jejich využití jako alternativního zdroje pro výrobu elektřiny. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní principy získávání energie pomocí reverzní osmózy. V další části jsou popsány vlastnosti této elektrárny, a to od jejího potencionálního umístění, přes úpravnu vody až po membránové jednotky. Poslední část se věnuje návrhu elektrárny pro zvolenou lokaci. V návrhu jsou určeny přibližné náklady na výstavbu pro vybranou lokalitu ve Skotsku. V závěru byla zjištěna aktuální finanční nevýhodnost stavby této elektrárny.The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is a theoretical description and an analysis of osmotic plants, mainly their suitability for being used as an alternative source for energy making. In the first part of this thesis are explained elementary principles of converting osmotic power to energy. In the next part are presented main characteristic features of an osmotic power plant. This section consist of description of its potential location, of water pre-treatment and of membranes units. The last section of this thesis consists of a case study, which analyses a potential osmotic power plant located in Scotland. In this case study are summarized all assumed approximate costs of this power plant. In the conclusion was proved that nowadays osmotic power plants are not financially favorable.
