dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá novou radnicí pro městskou část Brno-sever. Návrh budovy je koncipován jako průnik dvou elementárních těles, čemuž odpovídá dispoziční provoz rozdělený na část státní správy a samosprávy. Interiéru dominuje atrium na celou výšku stavby. Součástí objektu je také zasedací sál a kavárna, jež jsou schopné nezávislého provozu. Návrh je řešen bezbariérově a s ohledem na principy trvale udržitelného rozvoje.cs
dc.description.abstractThis Master's thesis project decribes the new town hall for the district of Brno-north. The proposal is based on an idea of an intersection of two elementary solids. The room layout is similar to the concept and is divided into a part for state administration and a part for self-government. The building also consists of a conference hall and a cafe in which the cultural events can take place. The architecture solution is barrierless with regard to the principles of sustainable development.en
