Abstract
Na pomezí tradice a nového poznání, historie a současnosti. Mezi hradbami a řekou, staršími a mladšími. Zažít s přáteli kulturu jinak a zatancovat si, či sedět u šálku kávy nebo piva a poslouchat živou hudbu. Vyzkoušet si tradiční řemeslo, tvořit a učit se neobvyklou hravou formou o městě a jeho okolí. Vmžiku se ocitnout za hradbami či před nimi a poslouchat šumící řeku, vyhřívat se na slunci a cítit sounáležitost s venkovním prostředím. Posedět pod kolonádou a pozorovat dění na trhu nebo zhlédnout kulturní představení z galerie. Mezi dvěma světy, mezi mladými, mezi centrem a předměstím, na tomtéž místě, utvořit jeden smysluplný celek. Navázat pevnější vztah k městu i přírodě a mít se kde bavit. Včera, dnes i zítra jste - vy mladí, naším bohatstvím. Lokalita se nachází na pomezí starého historického jádra za středověkými hradbami a novým předměstím za řekou Moravou podél ulice Boženy Němcové v Litovli. Práce se zabývá adaptací historických prostor bývalých pivovarských sklepů a novou nástavbou nad nimi, se záměrem navrátit působivé prostory v zajímavém místě veřejnosti, především v oblasti alternativní kultury a vzdělávání pro mladé. Prostory pro setkávání této mezigenerace/mezivrstvy se v Litovli totiž dosud nenachází, což způsobuje odliv mladých z města. Nedílnou součástí je úprava navazujícího okolí s nábřežím a doplněním pěší či cyklistické promenády podél řeky Moravy. Tímto bych ráda pomohla městu dostát svého označení „Hanácké Benátky“ a provázat místo a jeho obyvatele s vodou. Práce řeší také hmotový návrh nového bytového domu.
On the border between tradition and new knowledge, history, and the present. Between the walls and the river, older and younger. Experience culture in a different way with friends and dance, or sit with a cup of coffee or beer and listen to live music. Try a traditional craft, create, and learn about the city and its surroundings in an unusual playful way. In an instant, find yourself behind the walls or in front of them and listen to the bubbling river, bask in the sun, and feel a sense of belonging with the outdoor environment. Sit under the colonnade and watch the happenings in the market or watch a cultural performance from the gallery. Between two worlds, between young people, between the center and the suburbs, in the same place, to form one meaningful unit. Establish a stronger relationship with the city and nature and have somewhere to have fun. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, you - young people are our wealth. The location is situated on the border of the old historical core behind the medieval walls and the new suburb behind the Morava River along Božena Němcová Street in Litovel. The work deals with the adaptation of the historical spaces of the former brewery cellars and the new superstructure above them, to restore impressive spaces in an interesting place for the public, especially in the field of alternative culture and education for young people. Spaces for the meeting of this intergenerational/intermediate stratum have not yet been found in Litovel, which causes an outflow of young people from the city. An integral part is the modification of the surrounding area with the waterfront and the addition of a pedestrian or cycling promenade along the Morava River. This way, I would like to help the city live up to its title of „Hanácké Venice“ and interconnect the place and its inhabitants with water. The work also deals with the material design of a new apartment building.
