Polyfunkční areál Veveří - Kounicova

Abstract

Práce představuje vizi rozvoje nevyužívaného prostoru bývalého vojenského areálu v kontextu na rozvoj území a jeho širších souvislostí s maximálním možností využití potenciálu místa. Dle respektování územního plánu bylo na pozemku navrženo s podílem 50% bydlení, druhou část tvoří obchody, administrativa, školka s dětským centrem a sport. Důraz při návrhu byl kladen na celkovou vnitřní pohodu uživatelů a potenciál území ležící v blízkosti centra města. Nově navržené funkce objektů spolu vyváženě korespondují a vyplňují chybějící článek v okolí. Navržené budovy tvoří blokovou zástavbu typickou pro tuto oblast s vnitřními átrii pro trávení volného času a nové náměstí, které doplňuje funkci k obchodní a kancelářské části.The thesis presents a vision of the development of the unused area of the former military complex in the context of the development of the territory and its wider connection with the maximum possibility of utilization of the potential of the place. According to the land use plan, 50% of the housing was proposed on the land, the second part consists of shops, administration, kindergarten with children's center and sports. Emphasis was placed on the overall inner well-being of the users and the potential of the area located near the city center. The newly designed object functions together correspond in a balanced way to fill in the missing article in the neighborhood. Designed buildings form a block area typical for this area with indoor atrias for leisure time and a new square that complements the function of the business and office part.
