dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací řízení plynové vypalovací pece na práškové barvy pomocí programovatelného automatu (PLC). V první části práce jsou definovány funkce pece a tím i požadavky na řízení. Druhá část popisuje výběr komponent v souladu s požadavky z části první. Třetí část se zabývá tvorbou výkresové dokumentace zapojení komponent, naprogramováním programovatelného automatu a HMI panelu. Poslední část práce se věnuje testování funkcí a ladění PID regulace teploty uvnitř pece.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals with the design and setting up of the control of the gas curing oven using a PLC. The first part of the thesis defines the oven functions and the control requirements. The second section describes the selection of components according to the requirements of Part One. The third part deals with programming of programmable controller and HMI panel. The last part of the thesis is devoted to testing of functions and tuning of PID temperature control inside the furnace.en
