Abstract
V mé bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na řešení komunikace mezi úřadem a občanem pomocí moderních informačních technologií v rámci tématu informatizace státní správy. V práci představím již zažité novinky v dané problematice a pokusím se nalézt optimální řešení zavedených a připravovaných technologií pro zefektivnění komunikace úřadu s občanem.
In my bachelor thesis I focus on the communication between the municipality and the citizen which is solved by using modern information technologies in the frame of computerization of the government. I present already used news in this field and I try to find the optimal solution of the used and new technologies to bring effectiveness in the communication between the municipality and the citizen in my thesis.
