Přestavba bloku Cejl - Svitavské nábřeží

Abstract

Cieľom tejto urbanistickej štúdie je návrh prestavby mestského bloku v problematickej brnenskej štvrti. Na mieste sa momentálne nachádza brownfieldový opustený areál. Navrhnutý je súbor pätnástich mestských bytových domov. Z pôvodnej zástavby sú zachované dva päťpodlažné objekty a jedna jednopodlažná hala. V partery vznikli komerčné prevádzky, reštaurácie, bary, konverziou haly vznikla tržnica prepojená s centrálnym námestím. Dva parkovacie domy členia výškovo a opticky priestor na verejný a poloverejný. V nadzemných podlažiach sú navrhnuté byty, orientované v smeroch východ-západ. Vznikla nová komunikácia popri rieke a nové prepojenia ulice Cejl s nábrežím. Chátrajúci areál dostal tak nový život a nové využitie prospešné mestu.The vision of this urban study is to propose a reconstruction of the city block in the problematic area in Brno. Now is there brownfields area. In this project is proposed a set of fifteen buildings. There are two five-storey buildings and one single-storey building from the original building. In the main floor are commercial shops, restaurants, bars, and conversion of the hall were created a marketplace connected with the central square. The two parking houses divide places vertically and optically into public and semi-public spaces. The apartments are oriented east-west. In this project is proposed new communication along the river and the new interconnection of Cejl Street with the seafront. The dilapidated area has been given a new life and a new use of a good city.
