| dc.description.abstract | Řešený pozemek je umístěn nedaleko centra města Brna v těsné blízkosti městského okruhu. Sousedí s parkem Koliště a Janáčkovým divadlem. Je zde dobrá návaznost na městskou hromadnou dopravu. Hlavní koncepce návrhu vychází z propojení dvou hmot, které navazují na linie ulic Koliště a Milady Horákové. V místě napojení ulic objekty ustupují, aby nezasahovaly do křižovatky a současně tvořily prostor před vstupem do budovy. První nadzemní podlaží je řešeno netypicky proti ostatním, aby byl vytvořen prostor pro plynulý pohyb chodců a propojil ulice Koliště, Milady Horákové a s Třídou Kapitána Jaroše. Poslední podlaží je zvýšeno oproti ostatním, aby vznikl vyšší hlavní výstavní prostor. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Solved land is located near the city of Brno close to the ring road. Adjacent to the park is varied, Janáček Theatre. There is a good connection to public transport.
