| dc.description.abstract | Bydlení se nemůže zjednodušit na svou jedinou funkci bydlet. Musí být rozšířeno o vztah ke svému místu a prostředí. Jaký je vztah člověka (obyvatele) k prostoru jeho bydlení? Jak bydlet? Jak bydlet jinak? Co je bydlení v dnešní době a jaký lze předvídat jeho vývoj? Jak můžeme my, architekti, hledat řešení tohoto na první pohled banálního problému bydlení v současném kontextu? V novém území Jižního centra Brna v návaznosti na nové nádraží se uvolnily velké plochy, které umožňují organizovat městskou strukturu nového zastavění. Zahradní město je jednou z jeho navržených částí. Nové prostředí bydlení se nabízí v rozšíření centra města v měřítku městské čtvrti. Bydlení v zahradním městě není jen vazbou na přírodní prvky ale také možností obnovení přímých vztahů k místu práce a k místu bydlení a jiných forem městského zabydlení. Práce bude vycházet z urbanistické studie, kterou vypracovalo sdružení Ivan Koleček – Pavel Jura architekti Lausanne – Brno. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Housing cannot be simplified to its sole function of living. It must be extended to the relationship to its place and environment. What is the relationship of a person (inhabitant) to the space of his living? How to live? How to live differently? What is housing today and what can be predicted of its development? How can we, the architects, seek a solution to this seemingly banal housing problem in the current context? In the new territory of the South Center of Brno, in connection with the new railway station, large areas have been freed up, which make it possible to organize the urban structure of the new stop. The garden city is one of its designed parts. The new housing environment is offered in the expansion of the city center in the scale of the city district. Living in a garden city is not only a link to natural elements but also an opportunity to restore direct relations to the place of work and to the place of living and other forms of urban living.
