| dc.description.abstract | Projekt řeší návrh radnice pro Brno sever v místě dnešních vojenských kasáren. Klasicka symetrie kompozice původnich budov dominuje prostoru nad terennim zlomem. Budovy jsou orientovany směrem ke zlomu a určuji povahu prostoru. V teto konstelaci nelze na tomto miste postavit klasickou budovu, ktera by nenarušovala tento řad. Objem budovy musi byt dostatečne subtilni, aby byla harmonie původnich budov zachovana. Hlavni objem budovy je umistěn pod plochu naměsti ovšem budova je otevřena směrem k nejexponovanějšimu naroži. Spadnice šikme plochy směřuje na centrum města a hrad Špilberk. Sklon je jen mirny 8°, tak aby umožňoval bezpečny pohyb a opravdu byl zachovan původni prostor. Půdorysne budova zachovava v naroáži ulični čary okolnich bloku, ale šikma plocha přesahuje v naroži přes obě ulični čary a pouta tak na sebe pozornost. Časti budovy, ktere vyžaduji denni osvětleni bylo nutne umistit nad zem, ale pro zachovani původniho prostoru musi byt novy objem budovy co nejsubtilnějši. Budova se zkládá ze dvou objemů, přizvednuté plochy náměstí, která skrývá vestibul a jednací sály a pětipatrové hmoty kanceláří. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The project design a city town hall for Brno north on the site of today's military barracks. Classical symmetry of the composition of the original building dominates the space above the terrain configuration. The buildings are oriented towards the slope and determine the nature of space. In this constellation any classical building would disturb this order. The volume of the building must be very subtle to preserve the harmony of the original composition. The main volume of the building is located below the surface of the square, however, the building is open towards most exposed corner. Sloping slab fall line is aiming to the city center and Špilberk Castle. The inclination is only 8 degrees to allow safe movement and to preserve the original space. The building preserves the street lines of surrounding blocks, but sloped slab exceeds the corner across the street line to draw attention. Parts of the building, requiring daylight had to be placed above the ground, but to preserve the original space the new volume must be subtle. | en |
