Návrh modelů správy investičních nemovitostí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá podnikatelským záměr pro firmu Get & Invest, který spočívá v sestavení modelu správy investičních nemovitostí. Get & Invest je mladou firmu zabývající se realitní a stavební činnosti, financováním. Mimo jiné také poskytuje např. právní servis. V práci se dále budu zabývá všemi aspekty, které s podnikatelským záměrem bezprostředně souvisí. Jedná se o analýzu trhu, zákazníků, dodavatelů a konkurence. Dále také stanovení ceny za poskytované služby. Cílem práce je tedy navrhnout komplexní model správy investičních nemovitostí. Tento model bude zahrnovat jak náklady spojené s provozem těchto nemovitostí, tak i jejich ekonomické zhodnocení v čase.This Diploma thesis is focused on elaborating proposal for business plan for the company Get & Invest which consists the assembly model of management of investment real estate. Get & Invest is a young company focused on real estate and construction, financing. Among other things, for exapmle, provides legal services. In this thesis, I will deal with all aspects that are directly related to business plan. This is an analysis of the market, customers, suppliers and competitors. I also determine the price for rendered services. The objective of this thesis is to propose a comprehensive model of management of investment real estate. This model will include both the costs associated with the operation of these properties, as well as their economic evaluation in time.
